Have you found it nearly impossible to find hard money lenders who are still lending today. Me too. It seems to be the buzz topic of most Real Estate Investors these days. Very aggravating these days to find that 90% of the related topics out there are about impossible to find financing for deals that used to stand alone out there.
Well, for some, I found an answer! Try going to http://www.gorillamentoring.com and take a look at the site. After you sign into the site look at the top right corner of the page. There is a great link there. Could score you over $150,000.00 in lending and more.
